Abstract The sessions we are honored to be with audience would be planned to explain about the Islamic laws which will be just about the necessary daily laws for the lack of time. Islamic laws are the series of orders and laws which God has prepared to improve the living and the last life affairs of human. The laws relate to their acts whether directly or not and its subject is to do or not to do which acts. These laws are divided to five kind: obligation, prohibition, permission, abomination and recommendation. Deducting of Islamic laws through Islamic sources is not possible for every one other than who are known as faqih, ulama or mujtahid. So, the responsibility of others would be Taqlid, which designates the general conformity of NonMujtahid to the teaching of Mujtahid and there is no negative connotation.
