Necessity of virtual learning

Limitations of physical learning on one hand and the interests of students wanting to learn various disciplines and sciences along with the rapid advances in information technology on the other gave rise to a new innovation and vision of effective education providing equal opportunities to all. One of these emerging ideas is the Internet distant learning (e-learning).

In this method, the entire process of assessment and acceptance of a candidate, course selection, course presentation, questions and answers between teachers and students, exams and academic evaluation, educational –research services are done electronically. The students can access their account whenever they’d like to from any part of the world. By making use of technological features, the teachers and the administers monitor and evaluate the progress of the student and provide them individualized learning and lesson plans.

Education programs (Degree programs)

The university has designed a variety of programs tailored to the needs of its audiences. We will provide an introduction to these programs;

        a. Diverse subject fields at different academic levels (Associate, Bachelor, Master and Doctorate):

The subject field in these academic levels have been designed for various levels offering numerous Islamic disciplines and humanities in multiple languages. Some of the Islamic disciplines include the Koran and the Hadith, jurisprudence, Islamic theology, philosophy and mysticism, Islamic Studies, Shiite studies, Persian literature, ethics, Islamic education etc.

        b. Short courses and modular courses

• This type of educational program has been designed and produced to include a variety of courses according to the practical needs and inclinations of the audiences at different levels worldwide.
• The main advantage of this type of program lies in its diversity, practicality and short duration.
• At the end of each program, official certificate will be awarded by the University.

       c. Seminarian lectures of Qom and Najaf

One of the main demands on the audiences of Al-Mustafa (PBUH) is to provide an opportunity to its students to learn from the Shiite seminaries. The virtual establishment of this faculty has made it possible for the interested candidates to learn seminarian subjects from great scholars and academics.

       d. Seminarian courses in four levels

One of the main programs of the university is the official launch of the seminarian courses in four levels, level one, level two, level three and level four. God willing in the coming two years with the financial supports and official recognition, this course will be made available to the students of Al-Mustafa (PBUH).

       e. Persian language courses

One of the very attractive and practical programs of the university is for those candidates who are interested in learning the ancient and rich Persian language.

The program is designed in three semesters (9months) and after its successful completion the candidates will be fluent in the four skills namely, reading, writing, speaking and listening.  They would be able to study rich Persian literature texts and explore the vast Persian-Islamic civilisation. It would also enable them to easily travel to Persian –speaking countries like Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan and communicate with around 150 million Persian speaking people.
